I have been living with an autoimmune disease for 14 years. In the past I didn't take care of myself, I chose work over health. I prioritized everything above myself. I decided to change this once and for all. I learned to listen to my needs, trusted my intuition, and found a way to manage my symptoms. I regained my energy and strength. I want to share my experience—that's why I created Natu.Care. Both the products as well as a space where you can find support from specialists.
