As a nutritionist, Nina contributes to the content on Natu.Care with her expert opinions on diet and healthy living. On a daily basis, she promotes Natu.Care's blog content to health and beauty media and platforms.

Although her career path mainly involves marketing roles, Nina is an avid lover of health and dietary topics. She received her Diploma in Dietetics from the Institute of Health and Sciences in Dublin in 2015. She is enthusiastic about combining conventional nutritional and dietary knowledge with naturopathy, herbalism and homeopathy.

Collaborates on nutritional consultations with the naturopathy practice "Holistic Therapies" in Warsaw.

Author of texts promoting a healthy lifestyle (Running Magazine) and numerous tests of sports equipment resulting from her love for the triathlon disciplines of swimming, running and cycling.
