Dosing

.

In all three formulations, the manufacturer recommends taking 1 tablet per day to feel the effects of ashwagandha. It is best taken with a meal - ideally if you throw in healthy fats.

.
Ashwagandha is better absorbed in the body in the presence of healthy fats such as oily fish, olive oil, nuts, avocados or seeds.

.

The time of taking ashwagandha doesn't matter - tailor it to your preference. The key is systematic consumption, not a specific time.

When will I feel the effects of ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha needs time to set up in the body and show its potential. It does not have an immediate effect, and statements by users "I took ashwa and felt sleepy" are probably placebos caused by the excitement of tasting a note of ayurveda.

You will benefit from the beneficial properties of Indian ginseng with daily supplementation. Take it regularly for 4-12 weeksand. Then take a break for a minimum of 4 weeksand.

Break? And for what?"

Some people take ashwagandha all the time and "nothing bad happens". Unfortunately, long-term intake of this adaptogen can have potential side effectsand. One scientific study suggests that chronic use may lead to a reduction or inhibition of steroid hormone productionand.
