Ingredients:

  • Vegetable milk/beverage e.g. soya 300 g (1.2 cups)

  • cardamom 1 g (pinch)
  • .

*optional: raspberries, dark chocolate to sprinkle on top, whipped cream

Preparation:

  • Gently heat the milk until warm but not boiling, pour into a mug.
  • .
  • Add the collagen, cinnamon and cardamom and mix thoroughly - you can do this with a milk frother.

*If you prefer the cold version, froth the cool milk with the collagen for 2 minutes so it dissolves well.

Taste like the best cocoa from mum, but with a collagen 'insert' to hydrate your skin and strengthen your nails and hair. You'll also taste cinnamon in the drink, which reduces the absorption of glucose and lowers the concentration of this sugar in the blood. This will particularly benefit people with type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Both cinnamon and cardamom are spices that are excellent for stimulating digestive processes.

PS We recommend sprinkle whipped cream on top!
