- Vegetable milk/beverage e.g. soya 300 g (1.2 cups) .
- Natu.Care Collagen Premium 5000 mg, cacao .
- cinnamon 2.5 g (½ teaspoon) .
- cardamom 1 g (pinch) .
*optional: raspberries, dark chocolate to sprinkle on top, whipped cream
Preparation:
- Gently heat the milk until warm but not boiling, pour into a mug. .
- Add the collagen, cinnamon and cardamom and mix thoroughly - you can do this with a milk frother.

*If you prefer the cold version, froth the cool milk with the collagen for 2 minutes so it dissolves well.
